Tivoli Palazzo Gaddi Firenze Hotel - Florence

The warm welcome on my daughter's birthday, complete with gifts and a birthday doormat, made our stay special. The stunning views from the terrace were an lovely highlight.

Our family enjoyed a magical two-night stay that was made extra special as we celebrated my daughter's birthday on Christmas Day. The welcoming Italian hospitality we received was excellent, with the staff going out of their way to. The décor of the hotel beautifully blends history and modern elegance. The generous breakfast buffet was an absolute feast, and we loved being able to take in the stunning views from the terrace, even though the rooftop was closed. With all the major attractions just a short walk away, it was the perfect base for our Florence adventure.

Everything was perfect, including caring and top-class staff at reception desk. The room I booked was generous sized and compact with a double bed, view on the roofs of Florence and terrace as expected. The food served was fab! The location was absolutely perfect, not too far away from an art museum.

Excellent and stunning location as only 5 minutes to a medieval cathedral. Delicious food in the restaurant, large breakfast with many nice options, sausage and juices.

This hotel suits me perfectly! I love the 24-hour reception, laundry service, and the cozy bar area. I'll never forget how the staff offered me a hot drink during a chilly afternoon. The rooftop view is fine!

The breakfast is lovely with superb duomo view, had yummy food. We usually stay at this authentic hotel and would book here again.

I very much liked the location, being minutes from the Duomo and other local must sees. I was impressed with the room in which breakfast is served. The ceiling could have been on display at a museum.

The lifts are old and slow and the locks on the door, that use ordinary keys and not access cards, do not give much confidence in their ability to keep out unwanted guests. This is not a hotel for people expecting the latest in interior design and technology.

After a previous visit to florence, this hotel surpassed my expectations. The room was luxurious with fine views of the duomo.

air conditioning didn't cool properly

The premium double room with a view was immaculate and so comfortable. The staff were nice and remembered my name. The little touches, like a handwritten note and fresh fruit upon arrival.

A lovely hotel with lots of atmosphere and within walking distance of most of Florence.

The bar and lounge accommodation is large and provides sufficient privacy to spend some time. The bed was very confortable. The personnel was good.

I have booked a luxury room and the only luxury was the size which was spatious. The TV is no flatscreen and far from the bed/sitting place. All furnishing is old and out-dated. The shower in the bath was leaking. No internet on the rooms, only in the lobby.
